Ashwagandha (KSM-66)

Adaptogenic herb (Withania somnifera). Reduces cortisol, modestly increases testosterone in stressed/hypogonadal men, reduces anxiety, improves sleep. KSM-66 extract (5% withanolides) is most clinically validated form.
