- ⚠️ Nausea/vomiting (much more common than Cabergoline — take with food)
- Orthostatic hypotension
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Raynaud's phenomenon
- Cardiac valve changes at very high chronic doses
- Compulsive behaviours at high doses
Ancillary / Dopamine Agonist
Bromocriptine
First-generation dopamine agonist. FDA-approved for hyperprolactinaemia and Parkinson's. Used to control prolactin on 19-nor AAS. Less tolerated than Cabergoline — more nausea and cardiovascular effects.
