Cytomel (T3 / Liothyronine)
Synthetic triiodothyronine (T3) — the active thyroid hormone. Used in thyroid optimization, bodybuilding cutting cycles, and treatment-resistant hypothyroidism. Faster and more potent than T4. Suppresses endogenous thyroid production — requires careful tapering off.
