Lithium Orotate (Low Dose)

Lithium salt with superior brain penetration vs lithium carbonate. At low doses (1–10mg elemental lithium), neurprotective, increases grey matter volume, reduces suicide risk and neurodegeneration. Epidemiological data: higher lithium in drinking water correlates with lower dementia rates.
