Lithium Orotate (Microdose)
Microdose lithium as orotate salt. Unlike pharmaceutical lithium carbonate (requires blood monitoring), lithium orotate at <10 mg is claimed to have neuroprotective and mood-stabilising effects without toxicity.

Side effects and watch-outs
- Generally well tolerated at microdose
- Mild sedation
- Nausea
- ⚠️ Therapeutic lithium requires blood monitoring — microdose does not but still exercise caution
- ⚠️ Do not confuse with pharmaceutical lithium carbonate doses (600–1800 mg Li2CO3)
